David Garcia

David’s practice includes real estate law, and all phases of civil litigation before federal and state courts and administrative bodies. David also has extensive experience in complex litigation, including class action lawsuits, securities litigation and shareholder lawsuits.

A 1981 graduate of Harvard University and a 1986 graduate of the University of California, Hastings, Law School, David started his career in the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office. David is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

David is currently a member of the Board of Litigation of the Mountain States Legal Foundation.
